The challenge
Everwhiteboards is a 27-year-old whiteboard manufacturer serving Fortune 500 customers (Chick-fil-A, Goodyear, Scotts Miracle-Gro, major school districts) alongside small businesses. Their existing site had grown organically over a decade, accumulating custom functionality on top of an aging WordPress + WooCommerce setup.
The redesign needed to modernize the entire visual identity, restructure the product taxonomy across multiple verticals (Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc.), and implement a quote-to-order workflow that fit how their B2B sales team actually closes deals — while preserving the deep custom functionality they’d built up over the years.
What I built
- Full WordPress theme rebuild aligned with the new visual identity delivered by the agency design team
- Vertical-specific landing pages (Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Business, Hospitality, Military & Government, Restaurants, Sports)
- Custom quote system replacing direct checkout for B2B-style configurations — capture product specs, customer info, send to sales team for follow-up
- Enterprise customer logos showcase, certifications display, and trust signals throughout the site
- Custom Design tool for creating personalized whiteboards with uploaded graphics
- Resource center with technical documentation for architects (Division 10 specs, drawings, project planning)
